Today I read an article about music and running. The article was about weather or not music helps someone run.
The article was kind of long, so I'll just sum up a few things I got out of it. First off: music does help. They did a bunch of tests on athletes, the tests showed that with music helped with motivation and for really long distance runners (15+ miles), it kept them from getting bored. Another thing I read in the article was that faster music can make the runner, run faster! So I guess this proves that rock beats country with working out!
I found this really cool, and it confirmed my thoughts on the matter: I noticed, harder the song, faster I want go run. So does hard (or fast) music help me run? Yes!
